1.) What is infotechaccessories?

Infotechaccessories is an e-commerce site trading computer accessories and hardware.

 

2.) Do you provide any catalogues along with your products?

Currently, We do not grant a printed catalogue. Because of the constantly changing computer industry, our items change frequently to offer you the best products at the best prices. You can contact us for more details.

 

3.) Do you have a showroom?

Right now we do not have a showroom. In case if we come up with such an idea in future we will inform you through the contact details you have shared with us, such as email address.

 

4.) The product I ordered is delicate, I am afraid that it might get destroyed while shipping. Will that might happen?

Do not worry if your product is delicate as we do proper packing. Even after all these precautions if it got damaged then we will replace the item with the new one or refund you your money whichever you request. For more information, read the Shipping Policy section.

 

5.) Will you provide warranty cards along with the electronic accessories?

Yes, we do grant warranty cards wherever applicable, but the duration will be different for each product. The customers have to be responsible to keep the cards safe as long as the warranty exists.

 

6) How long does Infotechaccessories shipping take?

Infotechaccessories have two shipping methods. Specifically, they are Registered Shipping which takes no more than 7 days and FedEx Shipping which takes only 2 to 3 days to complete a delivery.
