The Return policy is there to explain how much a person is eligible to return back the delivered products if a number of circumstances might occur on rare occasions. This section also explains the existing norms for cancellations.
We accept the product returns if the package you got was broken, or wrong in the count and/or type(s). You will require to contact us immediately with appropriate evidence to sort out your matter else late communication wouldn't serve you no matter how genuine it is. We check the case for its authenticity and ask our consumers whether they want us to resend the fresh goods or want to get their refund, and take actions accordingly.
There is also another case in which the items never reach their destination. This could also be because of the mentioning of the wrong or incomplete postal address by the consumers themselves. We first crosscheck this section to confirm or else return back the money if it's not their fault. In case of wrong address, one would have to freshly buy the goods one more time. We do not proceed for returns if a customer does not have a good reason why they want to resend.
Once our investigation is done we refund the amount as soon as possible. The refund amount contains the actual cost price of the product and does not cover the packing, handling, and shipment cost that a consumer spends during the return procedure. Despite our fast efforts your credit card company will still reflect the credited amount somewhat later, roughly within 15 to 20 days. If that takes more than this time range it would be better that you contact the respective personnel as we won't be able to help you out.
The cancellations are allowed only if one swiftly cancels the order before it is dispatched which occurs within the first 24 hours usually. If the parcel is already transmitted even if that happened before 24 hours the cancellation can still not be executed. Moreover, we do not allow canceling the ordered item(s) more than once.
